Service Agreement

When you engage Quezriontyphrona for landscape design services in Germany, a separate service agreement will be provided detailing project scope, timeline, pricing, and specific terms applicable to your landscape design project. All agreements are subject to German contract law and local building regulations applicable to landscape architecture and garden design in Munich.

Intellectual Property

All landscape design concepts, technical drawings, garden plans, plant selection lists, hardscaping specifications, and documentation created by Quezriontyphrona for your property in Germany remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, you receive a license to use the landscape designs for the specified property in accordance with German intellectual property law. Designs may not be reproduced or used for other properties without written authorization.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Design services require a deposit before work begins
• Remaining balance is due upon delivery of completed documentation
• Installation projects follow milestone-based payment schedules

Project Modifications

Changes to approved designs may incur additional fees. Significant modifications require written approval and may extend project timelines.

Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our landscape design services in Germany are responsible for:

Limitation of Liability

Quezriontyphrona provides design services with professional care. We are not liable for issues arising from:

• Client-provided inaccurate information
• Third-party contractor workmanship
• Natural events or circumstances beyond our control
• Unauthorized modifications to designs

Website Use

Use of our website is subject to the following:

Dispute Resolution
